GSA 8(a) STARS II

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for technology solutions designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small businesses.

The 8(a) STARS II design consists of two constellations (tiers) based on industry accreditations. Each of the 8(a) STARS II constellations includes four functional areas designated by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). These NAICS functional areas are 541511 — Custom Computer Programming Services, 541512 — Computer Systems Design Services, 541513 — Computer Facilities Management Services, and 541519 — Other Computer Related Services. A-Tech was awarded all four Functional Areas in Constellation 1.

U.S. Navy Seaport-e

A-Tech Systems, Inc. is excited about this new opportunity with the U.S. Navy. Our capabilities are a prime fit for Seaport-e and we look forward to participating in the functional areas.

NAVSEA has awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for a wide range of engineering, technical, and programmatic services and solutions for the Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy’s Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.

CIO-SP3

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC), Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) vehicle is a 10-year IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that has been designated as Best in Class (BIC) by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The GWAC has 10 task areas to meet virtually all IT service needs, from legacy system maintenance to emerging digital solutions. Every federal civilian and DOD agency can use CIO-SP3 for fast, value-oriented solutions, as it enables a broad scope of critical IT services with confidence.

Wholesale Trade Agents and Brokers

We specialize as trade agents and brokers acting on behalf of buyers or sellers in the wholesale distribution of goods, including those that use the Internet or other electronic means to bring together buyers and sellers. Agents and brokers do not take title to the goods being sold but rather receive a commission or fee for their service. Agents and brokers for all durable and nondurable goods are included in this industry.

Other Computer Related Services

We provide computer-related services (except custom programming, systems integration design, and facilities management services). We offer services providing computer disaster recovery services or software installation services are included in this industry.

Offices of Real Estate Agents and Brokers

We offer services of acting as agents and/or brokers in one or more of the following: selling real estate for others; buying real estate for others; and renting real estate for others.

Residential Building Construction

We offer services that oversee the construction or remodeling and renovation of single-family and multifamily residential buildings. Included in this industry are residential housing general contractors (i.e., new construction, remodeling, or renovating existing residential structures), for-sale builders and remodelers of residential structures, residential project construction management firms, and residential design-build firms.

Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers

We provide solutions for merchant wholesale distribution of computers, computer peripheral equipment, loaded computer boards, and/or computer software.

Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services

We provide operating advice and assistance to businesses and other organizations on administrative management issues, such as financial planning and budgeting, equity and asset management, records management, office planning, strategic and organizational planning, site selection, new business start-up, and business process improvement. This also includes establishments of general management consultants that provide a full range of administrative, human resource, marketing, process, physical distribution, logistics, or other management consulting services to clients.

Commercial and Institutional Building Construction

We provide services responsible for the construction (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs) of commercial and institutional buildings and related structures, such as stadiums, grain elevators, and indoor swimming facilities. This industry includes establishments responsible for the on-site assembly of modular or prefabricated commercial and institutional buildings. Included in this industry are commercial and institutional building general contractors, commercial and institutional building for-sale builders, commercial and institutional building design-build firms, and commercial and institutional building project construction management firms.
